Walkable stadium and shops

I walked from the hotel to the FredNats stadium and Wegmans. My room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the walk-in shower with a built-in seat. Breakfast included hot biscuits, and I enjoyed the fresh coffee available in the lobby throughout the day. The front desk team greeted me with complimentary bottles of water when I arrived late.

Fresh air from the balcony doors

I appreciated that my room balcony had patio doors which opened to let in fresh air. I enjoyed breakfast and dinner at the V Chophouse, which sits off the lobby. While the hotel is new, I found the historic downtown location perfect for walking to local restaurants and shops. I also made use of the valet parking when I arrived for my six night stay.

Bourbon flights in the basement

I sampled the Cocktail Flight in the basement tasting room, which maintains a speakeasy feel. When I finished my drink, I ordered the beefy-cheesy, a dish available during bourbon tastings. My made-to-order breakfast included five choices each morning, while I relaxed on the front porch with a cup of coffee.
